This tracker is not designed to record macros, or calories, but instead bring awareness to what you are eating and why - is there a certain time of day that you really “need” a sugar hit? Is there a certain food you crave when you are procrastinating (or procrastineating)? If you exercise in a certain way or at a certain time, what does that do to your approach to eating? If you don’t drink enough water, what does that do to your food intake? Are there some easy changes you can make as a result of this knowledge that will get you back to a healthier weight and living with more energy and vitality?
In order to get a full picture of what is going on each day and to not have to have multiple trackers/planners, there is also space included for the never ending to do list, the top 3 priorities for the day, exercise goals and space for reflection, thoughts and positive experiences so you can look back and be kinder to yourself, whilst also achieving other goals not food/body focused.
